SENSIOLABS’ PRIVACY AND COOKIES MANAGEMENT POLICY

This privacy policy describes all personal data that is collected or generated when browsing on SensioLabs’ websites (“Websites”). It also explains how your personal data is handled, shared and protected as well as the options available to you to manage your data and how to contact us. 1/ Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Depending on how you interact with the Websites and your geographical location, SensioLabs is responsible for processing your personal data. The relevant SensioLabs entities are referred to as “SensioLabs”, “our” and “we” in this privacy policy. SensioLabs is responsible for the data collected during marketing operations, events, contact requests, content downloads from our Websites.

2/ What personal data do we collect and when do we do so?

We ask you to provide us with personal information to provide you with accurate information and services when visiting our Websites. For example, if you wish to participate in one of our events, to contact us regarding a new project, to obtain information about our offers or when you use our Websites. This data includes: • Contact details such as name, surname, email address, company name, phone number. • Personal preferences such as your wish list, marketing and cookies preferences. When interacting with our Websites, some data may be automatically collected from your device or web browser. This data includes: • Device ID, request status, network access, storage and battery information • Cookies, IP addresses, reference headers, data identifying your web browser and its version, web beacon and tags.

4/ Why and how do we use your personal data?

We use your personal data for the following purposes: • Grant you access to all the services you may request on our Websites. When you use our Websites, we use your personal data to provide the appropriate service. For example, if you wish to participate in one of our events or to obtain more information about one of our projects, we will use the contact details you have provided us to communicate with you and to answer your request. • Provide information about our offers, events and other promotional purposes. Should you give your consent, we will send you marketing messages, newsletters, event invitations or news about our offers and services. You may unsubscribe at any time after giving your initial consent. For example, when your register for one of our events, we use this information for organizational purpose to ensure the smooth running of the event. We may use personal data related to the way you interact with our offers and services when visiting our Websites to improve your user experience and to track technical or service issues as well as to manage our Websites. • To protect our rights, property and security and those of others. We may also use your personal data when you are visiting our Websites to prevent or detect fraud, abuses, illicit usage, violation of our terms of use and to comply with court decisions, laws or government requests. • For general research and analysis purposes We use data regarding the way our visitors use our Websites, offers and services to better understand consumers’ behaviors and preferences. SensioLabs shares your personal data with: • SensioLabs entities for purposes and under conditions mentioned above. • Third party service providers processing personal data for SensioLabs. For example, event registration, emailing, researches and analyses and to manage specific services and features. When using third-party service providers, we enter into contracts that require them to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. • Other third-parties whenever necessary to: (i) comply with a governmental request, court decision or applicable law; (ii) prevent illicit usage of our Websites or violation of our terms of use; (iii) defend ourselves against third-party claims; and (iv) provide our support in fraud prevention and investigation. • Other third-parties if you consented to it. We may also transfer your personal data if we sell part or all our businesses and assets (including in the case of a reorganization, divestment, dissolution or liquidation).

By yourself

You may share content with your friends or the public, including information about your activity with SensioLabs, on social networks for example. We encourage you to use the tools we provide you to best control the information you make available through SensioLabs features.

7/ Personal data protection and management

• Encryption and security We use various technical and organizational security measures, including encryption, and authentication tools to ensure your personal data security. • International transfer of your personal data The personal data that we collect (or process) for our Websites is stored within the European Union. Some of the recipients with whom SensioLabs shares your personal data may be in countries other than the one in which your personal data was originally collected. Laws in these countries may not provide the same level of protection of personal data as that of the country in which they were originally provided. However, when we transfer your data to recipients in other countries, we protect that information under the terms described in this privacy policy, and in accordance with applicable law. We take the necessary measures to comply with the applicable legal requirements for the transfer of personal data to recipients located in countries outside the EEA or Switzerland to ensure that your personal data transferred to these countries receive adequate protection in accordance with data protection rules; this includes the signing of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the verification that the recipients have adopted Binding Corporate Rules or adhered to the EU-US and Switzerland-USA Data Protection Shield Framework ("Privacy Shield"). When personal data is transferred within SensioLabs, we use intra-group data transfer agreements.

8/ Storage of your personal data

Your personal data will be kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this privacy policy (unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law).

9/ What are your rights regarding your personal data?

You have the right to request: (i) access to your personal data; (ii) an electronic copy of your personal data (portability); (iii) the correction of your personal data if it turns out to be incomplete or inaccurate; or (iv) the deletion or limitation of your personal data in certain circumstances provided by applicable law. These rights are not absolute. In cases where you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 10/ Refusal of direct marketing

You can refuse to receive marketing communications (newsletters, invitations) by modifying your email subscriptions settings by clicking on the unsubscribe link or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the message. Alternatively, you can contact us using the contact information displayed in the "Questions and Comments" section below.

Each of the commercial emails will propose a simple way to oppose the receipt of new solicitations.

SensioLabs collects information, which may include personal data, from your browser when you use our Websites. We use different methods, such as cookies and tags, to collect this information, which may include your (i) IP address; (ii) unique identification cookie, information cookie and information about the contents of your devices to access certain characteristics; (iii) unique identification number of equipment and type of equipment; (iv) domain, browser type and language; (v) operating system and parameterization; (vi) country and time zone; (vii) previously visited sites; (viii) information about your actions on our Websites such as click behavior, shopping and preferences; and (ix) access hours and reference URLs. Third parties may also collect information from the Websites through cookies, third-party modules and widgets. These third parties collect data directly from your browser and the processing of this data is subject to their own personal data protection policies. We use cookies and tags to track the Websites’ use by our customers and to understand their preferences. This allows us to meet the expectations of our customers and improve their online experience. We also use cookies and tags to obtain general information about site traffic and its interactions, to identify trends and obtain statistics, and to improve our Websites. 13/ Using SensioLabs’ Websites with Third Party Services

Our Websites allow you to interact with a wide variety of other digital products and services. For example, our Websites may integrate third-party modules for activity tracking, social networking, and other digital services. Our Websites may offer links to other websites and (third-party) apps for your convenience and information. These third-party sites have their own data protection policy which we invite you to read. To the extent that these sites or third-party apps are not owned or controlled by us, we cannot be held responsible for their content, use or practices regarding personal data.

14/ Changes to our privacy policy

Legislation and practices evolve over time. If we decide to update our privacy policy, we will post the changes on our Websites. If we materially modify the way we process your personal data, we will send you a warning or, where required by law, we will ask for your permission prior to the implementation of these changes. We strongly urge you to read our privacy policy and to check regularly if any changes have been made. This privacy policy was last modified in May 2018.
