Us or Our: SensioLabs, registered in the Nanterre Register of Companies under the number 752 893 842.
You: any user of / visitor of the Site.
Site: the SensioLabs website available at https://sensiolabs.com/ and all authorized sub-sites that expressly adopt the Policy, display it, or contain a reference to it.
2. Who is the Data Controller?
Your data is collected by SensioLabs, registered in the Nanterre Register of Companies under the number 752 893 842, whose registered office is located at 163 Quai du Docteur Dervaux - CS 60059 - 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine, acting as Data Controller.If you are located in Germany and Austria, your data is collected and processed by Creativestyle GmbH (part of the Smile Group, of which SensioLabs is also a member), registered in the German Commercial Register (HRB) under number 177904 and whose registered office is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 25, 80636 Munich, Germany, acting as Data Controller.

3. What Data is Collected, on What Legal Basis, for What Purpose, and for How Long?
You can visit the Site without providing any Personal Data about yourself. However, to access certain services available on the Site, we may collect Personal Data that you provide to us directly or indirectly on a voluntary basis.

SensioLabs collects and processes the following types of Personal Data:

Please note that our Sites do not collect any personal data through cookies or tags.

We collect this Personal Data for the following purposes:
Communication management: to provide you with news, information about our offers and services, and invitations to SensioLabs events via email or newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Event management: to manage your registration and keep you updated on the status of the event.
Sales prospecting: to contact you to identify your needs and see how SensioLabs can meet them.
Processing a request: to send you a white paper or respond to a request/message you have submitted on our Site.
Recruitment management: to use your resume or online application for recruitment purposes, which means we may contact you by email, phone, or mail.
Partnership management: to process your request to join our partner network.

The processing conducted by SensioLabs is based on:

Your sharing: You may share content with your friends or the public, including information about your activities with SensioLabs, for example on social media. We encourage you to use the tools we provide to better control the information you make available through SensioLabs features.
5. Protection of Your Personal Data
SensioLabs complies with applicable Personal Data protection laws to ensure that no person whose Personal Data we process is exposed to breaches of those laws.
We are committed to implementing appropriate technical and organizational protection, security, and confidentiality measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Personal Data.We maintain a register of all categories of processing activities in accordance with regulations and perform necessary risk assessments and audits of personal data processing operations.

Right to Restrict Processing
You may request to restrict processing if:(i) you dispute the accuracy of your Personal Data;(ii) SensioLabs no longer needs your Personal Data for the purposes of the Processing;(iii) you object to the Processing for legitimate reasons.

Where applicable, you may request the portability of the personal data concerning you that you have provided to SensioLabs, in a structured, commonly used format, and have the right to transfer such personal data to another Data Controller without SensioLabs impeding, if:a) the Processing of your Personal Data is based on your consent or on an existing contractual relationship; andb) the Processing is performed by means of automated procedures.You also have the right to have your Personal Data transferred directly to a third party of your choice (if technically possible).
Right to Object

You may exercise these rights at any time by writing
